Lingerie remains a flagship trend
A steady must-have for the past two seasons, lingerie is still one of the trends of the Spring/Summer 2025 as underwear keeps revealing itself. Balenciaga for instance is opting for trompe-l’œil slips, while Ester Manas is working with Chantelle to revisit bodysuits and lingerie ensembles. Dolce & Gabbana and Mugler are reinterpreting a Madonna-inspired, powder pink corset, adding a bold touch of retro to it. More refined, Schiaparelli turns its corset into a polo shirt, while Lemaire turns high socks into real stockings. Workwear suits become more feminine
Similar to men’s suits, workwear suits were already on trend in the Spring/Summer 2024 collections. This summer, they will be lighter and more feminine at Chanel, Alaïa, Dior and Hermès.
Wide-leg trousers for the Spring/Summer 2025
